Sheeto (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") considers the protection of user privacy to be important. Please read the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") before using the Service.

2 Features of the Service

This Service is a web utility that allows illustrators to create custom hearing sheets by selecting confirmation items before taking requests, which can then be shared with clients via a URL. It features the following:

No account registration or login required.
We do not ask for registration of your name, email address, phone number, etc.
There is no image upload function (reference materials are URL inputs only).
Submitted responses are automatically deleted after a certain period (14 days by default).

3 Information Collected

(1) Submitted Responses

This includes information entered or selected by clients on the response page (selection results for background, expression, hairstyle, delivery format, free-form text, URLs provided as references, etc.). These are temporarily stored on the Service's servers to be shared with the illustrator via the confirmation URL.

Caution: If you enter personal information (name, contact details, SNS accounts, etc.) of yourself or others in the free-form text field or reference URLs, that information will also be stored as part of the response. Please keep the input of personal information to an absolute minimum.

(2) Technically Recorded Information

In providing the Service, technical information accompanying server access (IP address, browser type, date and time of access, etc.) may be recorded as access logs by the server hosting provider.

4 Cookies and Access Analysis

The Service does not use proprietary cookies or access analysis tools to track users. However, technical information may be handled by external services listed in the next section or by the server hosting provider.

5 Use of External Services

The Service uses Google Fonts (provided by Google LLC) on some pages as a web font for display. Accordingly, technical information such as the user's IP address may be sent to Google when fonts are loaded. For details on how information is handled by Google, please check Google's Privacy Policy.

In addition, the Service is operated on a rental server, and technical information mentioned in the previous article may be handled by the server hosting provider.

6 Purpose of Use

Collected information will be used within the scope of the following purposes:

To provide the Service, such as sharing responses with illustrators through confirmation URLs.
To prevent unauthorized use and maintain secure operation of the Service.
To respond to inquiries.
To improve and enhance the quality of the Service.

7 Provision to Third Parties

The Service will not provide collected information to third parties except in the following cases:

When required by laws and regulations.
When necessary to protect human life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the individual's consent.
When otherwise permitted under laws and regulations.

Furthermore, due to the structure of the Service, submitted responses can be viewed by anyone who knows the confirmation URL (please refer to the next section).

8 Confirmation URLs and Visibility

The Service does not have a login feature. Although the confirmation URL issued after submitting a response contains an ID that is difficult to guess, anyone who knows this URL can view the response details.

Important: Please be extremely careful with whom you share the confirmation URL. If the URL is shared with an unintended recipient, there is a risk that your response details may be viewed.

9 Data Retention Period and Automatic Deletion

Submitted responses (stored data) will be automatically deleted after a certain period (14 days by default) has elapsed from the time of storage. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

10 Security Control Measures

The Service implements the following measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of collected information and for other security controls:

Storing response data in an area that cannot be directly accessed from the Web.
Using IDs that are difficult to guess for confirmation URLs.
Automatic deletion of data after the retention period has elapsed.
Protecting communication via HTTPS (encrypted communication).

However, as mentioned above, anyone who knows the confirmation URL can view the response details, so proper management of the URL by the user themselves is crucial.

11 Requests for Disclosure, Correction, Deletion, etc.

Since the Service is not a registration-based utility and does not store information that identifies specific individuals, we cannot, in principle, link individual data to a specific user to handle such requests.

Submitted responses are automatically deleted after the retention period (14 days by default) has passed. If you wish to delete it before the period ends, please contact the Inquiry Contact with the relevant confirmation URL.

12 Use by Minors

If a minor uses the Service, please do so only after obtaining the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

13 Changes to this Policy

The Service may change this Policy as necessary. The modified Policy shall become effective from the time it is posted on this page.
