Terms of Service

Art.1 Applicability

These Terms apply between the User and the Operator regarding the use of the Service. By using the Service, the User is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Art.2 Definitions

The terms used in these Terms shall have the following meanings:

The Service

Refers to "Sheeto," a web service where users can create and share illustration request hearing sheets.

Sheet Creator

Refers to users (mainly illustrators) who create hearing sheets using the Service.

Respondent

Refers to users (mainly clients) who answer hearing sheets via shared URLs.

Contents

Refers to all information input, selected, and transmitted by users on the Service (answers, free text inputs, reference URLs, etc.).

Art.3 Terms of Use

1. The Service can be used for free without account registration or login.
2. Users shall use the Service at their own risk and responsibility.
3. Minors must obtain parental or legal guardian consent before using the Service.

Art.4 Management of Confirmation URLs

1. The confirmation URL issued after submitting answers contains an ID for viewing the response details.
2. The Service has no login feature, and anyone who knows the confirmation URL can view the response details. Users are responsible for sharing and managing URLs at their own risk.
3. When inputting personal information, confidential information, or other information they do not wish to disclose, Users must judge the necessity at their own responsibility.
4. Users acknowledge in advance that response details will be automatically deleted after a certain period (14 days by default) and cannot be restored after deletion.

Art.5 Prohibited Matters

When using the Service, Users must not engage in any of the following actions:

1. Actions that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals.
2. Actions that infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy, reputation, or other rights or interests of third parties.
3. Inputting or transmitting personal information of others without their consent.
4. Inputting false or misleading information.
5. Actions that place an excessive load on the servers or networks of the Service, or unauthorized access.
6. Transmitting or acquiring large amounts of data using automated means.
7. Inputting URLs that contain harmful programs like viruses, or lead to inappropriate or illegal content.
8. Actions that interfere with the operation of the Service.
9. Other actions deemed inappropriate by the Operator.

Art.6 Contents / Intellectual Property

1. Rights regarding the content input by Users shall belong to the User or the legitimate rights holder.
2. The Operator may handle content (storage, display, sharing, auto-deletion, etc.) within the scope necessary to provide the Service.
3. Rights regarding programs, designs, logos, and all other elements constituting the Service belong to the Operator or legitimate rights holders. Users must not use them without permission.

Art.7 Disclaimers

1. The Service is provided for free, and the Operator makes no warranties regarding its content, functions, accuracy, usefulness, fitness for a particular purpose, etc.
2. The Operator assumes no responsibility for auto-deletion, loss, failure to store, or inability to view response data.
3. The Operator assumes no responsibility if the response content is viewed due to the confirmation URL becoming known to third parties.
4. The Operator shall not be involved in and assumes no responsibility for disputes arising between Sheet Creators and Respondents, or between Users and third parties.
5. The Operator assumes no responsibility for any damages incurred by Users resulting from the use of or inability to use the Service.
6. The Operator assumes no responsibility for any damages, troubles, virus infections, or other disadvantages caused by URLs, external sites, reference materials, etc., input by Users.

Art.8 Modification, Suspension, Termination

The Operator may modify, suspend, or terminate the Service without prior notice to Users. The Operator assumes no responsibility for any damages caused to Users thereby.

Art.9 Changes to These Terms

The Operator may change these Terms at any time deemed necessary without individual notice to Users. The revised Terms shall become effective upon publication on this page.

Art.10 Governing Law / Jurisdiction

1. The interpretation and application of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
2. In the event of a dispute regarding the Service, the district court having jurisdiction over the location of the Operator shall be the exclusive agreement jurisdiction court of first instance.
